Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.

- Coordinate with the sales, operations, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM or company systems.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Ensure timely communication regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Collect client feedback and work towards improving customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned relationship management and business targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client activity reports.
