Project Manager – Interiors

Krafts is a design-driven contracting Company building beautiful, functional spaces. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to own execution on large-scale interior projects, from planning through handover.

We're seeking a Project Manager with strong experience delivering large-scale interior fit-out projects (commercial, hospitality, or residential at scale). You'll be the primary point of accountability for timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.

- Plan and manage end-to-end execution of large interior projects, from kickoff to handover
- Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams to keep work aligned with design intent
- Manage procurement and delivery timelines for materials, furniture, and fixtures
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Identify risks and resolve delays, cost overruns, or scope changes proactively




- Serve as the main point of contact for clients on project status and issue resolution
- Prepare progress reports, budget updates, and documentation for stakeholders
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
- RequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2-3 large-scale interior projects delivered end-to-end
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and interior fit-out processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams
- Solid budgeting, scheduling, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and basic familiarity with CAD drawings
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification is a plus
- Nice to Have Experience with hospitality, retail, or large commercial fit-outs
- Familiarity with sustainable/green building practices
- Experience managing multi-crore project budget
