Job Title: Loading Supervisor

Number of Openings: 2 (Urgent Requirement)

Job Location: Multiple loading points surrounding the Mumbai area, including Bhiwandi, TSL-Khopoli plant, JSW - Atkargaon plant, and Nhava Sheva.

Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel within a 10-15 km radius between loading sites.

Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking to recruit two Loading Supervisors at the earliest to ensure smooth dispatch and loading operations across our multiple loading points in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vehicle coordination, LR writing, vehicle inspection, and ensuring the timely loading and release of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations & Dispatch: Manage vehicle coordination, placement, and dispatch at assigned loading points to ensure on-time loading and dispatching of 10-15 vehicles daily.
- Documentation: Handle LR (Lorry Receipt) writing as per invoices, collect invoices/E-way bills from customers, and submit them to vehicle drivers.
- Vehicle Tracking & Inspection: Track vehicles for placement at customer ends, inspect vehicles for fitness before loading, and verify essential documents including Fitness Certificate, Insurance, DL, and RC.
- Loading Management: Oversee material counting at the loading point, ensure secure loading practices, and release vehicles promptly.




- Coordination & Vendor Management: Coordinate with drivers to arrange vehicles to the loading point, share loading locations, and manage vendors for timely vehicle placement.
- Follow-ups: Track loaded vehicles to ensure they reach the customer end on time. Follow up on POD (Proof of Delivery) collection, bill submissions, and resolve any loading or customer-related issues.
- Mobility: Travel across multiple loading sites within a 10-15 km radius (Bhiwandi, Khopoli, Atkargaon, Nhava Sheva) to supervise operations effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: SSC / Intermediate (or equivalent).
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience as a Loading Supervisor, Loading Staff, or in Logistics/Dispatch operations.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS-Word and MS-Excel for reporting and documentation.
- Soft Skills: Positive attitude, punctual, hardworking, and a quick learner. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Language: Good communication skills. (Note: Ability to speak Hindi and local regional languages is highly preferred for the Mumbai region).

- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance (vehicle fitness and documentation).
