Job Description — Restaurant Steward

Position: Restaurant Steward Expereienced only

Location: SardaarJi Haveli, Mumbai

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are looking for a well-groomed, confident and responsible Restaurant Steward to join our North Indian restaurant team. The candidate should be able to handle guests professionally, manage table service efficiently and maintain high standards of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and attend to guests in a professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Explain menu items and make recommendations to guests.
- Ensure timely and proper service of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and restaurant areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant team for smooth service.
- Handle guest requests and basic complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup and service standards.
- Assist in maintaining smooth restaurant operations during busy hours.




- Follow all restaurant SOPs, hygiene and grooming standards.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day floor operations.

Candidate Requirements:

- Good spoken English is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
- Hotel Management / Hospitality course graduates will have an advantage.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Smart, well-groomed and presentable personality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Candidates with North Indian / Punjabi restaurant experience will be preferred.

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000/month, depending on experience and suitability.
