We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our lubricant manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our lubricant products, developing new customers, and maintaining robust relationships with existing clients.

- Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets.
- Promote and sell lubricants, engine oils, industrial oils, and other company products.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, workshops, industries, and other potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into regular business.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lubricant products.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Monitor competitor activities, market prices, and customer preferences.




- Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to management.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and visit reports.
- Ensure proper product presentation and promote the company brand in the market.
- Skills & Qualifications:Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in lubricants, automotive, industrial products, or FMCG.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel for market visits.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
