We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Recruiters to join our team in South Kolkata.

? Position: Field Recruiter

? Job Responsibilities:

- Recruit Part-Time and Full-Time Delivery Executives.

- Conduct field recruitment activities and generate candidate leads.

- Visit different locations and communicate with potential delivery candidates.

- Explain job roles, earnings, incentives, and joining processes to candidates.

- Assist candidates throughout the onboarding and joining process.

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

- Maintain proper records and follow up with interested candidates.

? Salary:

₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

- Gender: Male candidates only





- Age: 22 to 35 years

- Candidate must have their own bike

- Valid Driving License is mandatory

- Positive communication and convincing skills required

- Previous recruitment or field recruitment experience will be an added advantage

? Important Note:

Only candidates who are currently residing in Kolkata, preferably near South Kolkata locations, will be considered for this role. Candidates from outside Kolkata are not eligible.
