- Visit customer sites for installation, service and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot basic solar/electrical issues.
- Inspect panels, inverters, batteries and wiring.
- Handle customer complaints and provide support.
- Coordinate with technicians and internal teams.
- Prepare site/service reports.
- Travel to different customer locations as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/solar systems.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
