Position : Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive sales and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

• Run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping)

• Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates

• Execute retargeting and lookalike audience campaigns

• Analyze campaign performance and generate weekly reports

• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives





• Manage budget allocation and scaling of winning campaigns

• Monitor analytics using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in performance marketing or digital advertising

• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Experience managing D2C ecommerce campaigns

• Robust analytical and data interpretation skills

• Experience with conversion tracking and pixel setup

Preferred

• Experience working with beauty, skincare, or D2C brands

• Knowledge of Shopify or ecommerce platforms

• Ability to scale ad campaigns efficiently
