? Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹12,300 per month

? Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

? Working Schedule:

- Flexible shift/seating arrangement

- 6 Days Working

- Sunday Fixed Weekly Off

? Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls and provide basic technical support.

- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.

- Resolve customer concerns professionally over calls.

- Maintain proper communication and follow-up with customers.

- Escalate technical issues to the concerned team when required.

- Maintain call records and update customer information.

? Candidate Requirements:

- Female candidates only.

- Valuable communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of handling customer calls.

- Ability to communicate politely and professionally.

- Basic computer knowledge will be preferred.
