We are looking for energetic and confident **Sales Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives** to join our growing team.

## Job Role

As a Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for speaking with potential and existing customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, following up with leads, and converting interested customers into successful business opportunities.

## Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

* Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally.

* Explain Mana Gold's services clearly and confidently.

* Understand customer requirements and encourage them to proceed with the service.

* Follow up with interested customers regularly until conversion.

* Maintain accurate customer details and call updates in the CRM.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.





* Handle customer objections professionally and build trust.

* Maintain proper follow-up discipline and ensure no qualified lead is missed.

## Candidate Requirements

* Good communication skills in **Telugu and English**.

* Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.

* Previous experience in **telecalling, telesales, customer support, inside sales, or lead conversion** is preferred.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also apply.

* Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day.

* Basic knowledge of computers, CRM software, WhatsApp, and calling applications.

* Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

* Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.
