Project Manager — Hospital Turnkey Projects (Modular OT, ICU, Cath Lab, MGPS)

NL Healthcare executes turnkey hospital projects for Government of Maharashtra — Modular OTs, ICUs, Cardiac Cath Labs, MGPS/AGSS, CSSD and medical equipment installation at District Hospitals, Medical Colleges and NHM facilities. We're hiring a Project Manager to own delivery from work order to handover.

What you'll do

Own 3–5 concurrent turnkey sites end-to-end: planning, BOQ validation, procurement coordination, execution, testing, commissioning, handover

Coordinate civil, HVAC, electrical, MGPS, modular OT and equipment vendors/OEMs on site; manage sub-contractors

Read GA drawings, layouts, SLDs; resolve site-level design and interface issues with hospital engineers, PWD and consultants

Track progress vs schedule, raise deviations early, manage change requests and extra-item approvals





Ensure NABH/IPHS/AERB compliance during execution; maintain installation evidence, test reports, handover documents

Weekly progress + cost reporting to management

You should have

B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Biomedical/Civil) or Diploma with solid site record

6–10 years in hospital turnkey / healthcare infrastructure / MEP — at least 3 modular OT or ICU projects delivered

Working knowledge of MGPS (HTM 02-01/NFPA 99), HVAC for OT/ICU, medical equipment installation

Experience with government sites — PWD/CPWD coordination, measurement books, inspection and handover process

MS Project/Excel, AutoCAD reading, WhatsApp-level site communication discipline

Marathi/Hindi fluent, working English; comfortable with 15–18 site days/month
