Job SummaryThe Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing kitchen equipment, electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and other facility-related assets to ensure uninterrupted operations within the hospitality environment at Ahmedabad Airport.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Inspect and maintain refrigeration units, ovens, exhaust systems, dishwashers, and other kitchen equipment.
- Monitor and maintain utility systems including power supply, lighting, water supply, and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective action.
- Maintain maintenance logs, records, and service reports.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and airport operational standards.
- Support facility upgrades, installations,



and equipment commissioning activities.

Required Qualifications

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related technical field.
- 1-5 years of experience in maintenance, hospitality, airport, restaurant, hotel, or commercial facility operations.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot equipment failures.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
