- Job ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs and NVRs.
- Handle CCTV cabling, wiring and basic networking.
- Configure cameras for monitoring and remote viewing.
- Troubleshoot CCTV, recording, connectivity and power-related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and service activities.
- Install and maintain related security systems such as access control, boom barriers and solar fencing.
- Follow installation SOPs, safety procedures and company checklists.
- Conduct testing after installation and ensure the system is functioning properly.
- Update job status and service details through the company's FSM/app.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely completion of service requests.
- Maintain proper documentation and service reports.
- Ensure the work site is clean after completing the installation/service.




- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in CCTV installation/maintenance.
- Hands-on knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and cabling.
- Basic understanding of networking and IP CCTV.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Positive discipline, punctuality and customer-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required/preferred for field visits.
