Positions: Field Sales Executive

Role description:

- Handle company-provided leads

- Schedule and conduct client visits

- Recommend and sell insurance products

- Achieve monthly sales targets

- Maintain follow-ups, reports, and CRM updates

- Coordinate with backend teams for policy processing

Work Structure & Benefits:

- Mix of office coordination & field visits

- Day shift with weekly offs

- Regular leads + training support provided

- Average monthly incentives up to 50K - 1Lac(performance-based)

- 150 -250 travel allowance per client visit

- Health insurance coverage up to 2,00,000
