Key Responsibilities

Project Management & PMU Support

- Support planning, execution, monitoring, and governance of large-scale IT implementation projects.
- Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project management artifacts including project plans, status reports, risk registers, issue logs, and governance dashboards.
- Coordinate with implementation partners, technology vendors, government stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, project reviews, and governance forums.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), use cases, user stories, workflows, and process maps.
- Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder consultations.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Solution Design & Documentation

- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user journey maps using Figma.
- Develop presentations, concept notes, process flows, SOPs, and user manuals.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning,



test case preparation, execution monitoring, and sign-off management.
- Ensure quality and completeness of all project documentation.

Stakeholder Management

- Manage interactions with senior government officials, client leadership, implementation partners, and technical teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology stakeholders.
- Present project updates, business requirements, risks, and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Build robust stakeholder relationships and drive consensus across diverse groups.

Technology & Innovation Advisory

- Provide inputs on emerging technology trends and digital transformation initiatives.
- Assess applicability of technologies such as:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML)
- Data Analytics
- Blockchain
- Internet of Things (IoT)
- Cloud-Based Solutions
- Microservices Architecture

- Support technology evaluation, roadmap creation, and solution recommendations.

Agile Delivery Support

- Work within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Support sprint planning, backlog management, user story creation, estimation, and sprint reviews.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to ensure successful delivery.
