Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager Counseling to lead and manage a high-volume tele-counseling team. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in inside sales, telesales, tele-counseling, admissions, and team handling, with a proven ability to drive conversions, enrollments, revenue, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 35–80 Tele-Counselors.
- Set team targets and drive achievement of admission, enrollment, and revenue goals.
- Monitor daily calling, productivity, conversion, and follow-up activities.
- Drive inbound and outbound calling strategies for lead conversion.
- Manage the complete lead lifecycle from lead allocation to conversion.
- Optimize sales funnel, conversion ratios, and team productivity.
- Conduct regular team reviews, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Coach and mentor counselors on sales techniques, objection handling, and counseling skills.
- Monitor call quality, process adherence, and operational efficiency.
- Track KPIs, conversion rates, revenue, productivity, and team performance.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Develop team members and future team leaders.

Candidate Profile

- 6+ years of relevant experience in team handling, call center, admissions, tele-counseling, telesales, or inside sales.
- Proven experience managing 35–80 team members.
- Strong track record of achieving sales, conversion, enrollment, and revenue targets.
- Candidates from Education / EdTech / Admissions / Inside Sales backgrounds will be preferred.
- Graduation is mandatory.
