Job DescriptionRole Summary-
NThe Strategy Associate/Manager will support the design and execution of the firm's strategic agenda — including market expansion, sector capability build-out, and client value-proposition development — working closely with senior leadership. This role requires prior hands-on experience within insurance broking specifically.

nStrategic Planning

- Support development of business cases for new market entry and geographic expansion, including regulatory and licensing pathway analysis. N
- Contribute to sector capability roadmaps spanning product innovation, business development, and technical capability building. N
- Track industry developments, competitor positioning, and regulatory change (IRDAI and international regulators) relevant to the firm's strategic priorities. N
nClient Proposition& Materials

- Build client-facing value-proposition materials and pitch decks for corporate clients N
- Partner with broking and placement teams to ensure strategic materials reflect current carrier relationships and market capability accurately. N
- Prepare board- and leadership-level presentations with rigor on evidence, sourcing, and financial assumptions. N
nCross-functional Coordination

- Work with broking, claims, and underwriting teams to gather inputs (MIS, TAT, burning cost analysis) needed for strategic decision-making. N
- Support for strategy and sector initiatives. N
- Coordinate with external advisors (legal, regulatory) on expansion-related workstreams as needed. N
nExperience-

- 3–6 years of experiencewithin insurance broking specifically N
- Demonstrated exposure to at least one of: corporate health advantages, liability lines, property, marine, engineering, commercial motor, or reinsurance broking. N
- Prior experience building client-facing strategic or commercial materials is strongly preferred. N
