- Communicate effectivelywith clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally. N
- Handle customer escalations related to sales inquiries and bookings, resolving issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach. N
- Utilize strong negotiation and convincing skills to secure sales and close deals. N
- Manage end-to-end visa operations, including document verification, application processing, coordination with visa partners, and ensuring timely submissions. N
