nResponsibilities

- Handle student and customer enquiries professionally via calls and digital communication channels.n
- Guide prospective candidates about MahaRERA Training Programs and certification courses.n
- Follow up with interested leads and assist them throughout the admission process.n
- Maintain proper communication records and daily reporting.n
- Build positive relationships with potential students and clients.n




- Achieve admission and sales targets assigned by the company. (Required Skills & Qualifications).n
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.n
- Robust verbal and written communication abilities.n
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.n
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.n
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Zoom, and online communication platforms.n
