- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly performance reporting.n
- Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic decision-making.n
- Partner with cross functional business leaders to optimize costs, improve productivity, and support growth initiatives.n
- Leverage analytics, automation, and planning tools to enhance decision support.n
- Own financial performance transparency – ensure clear visibility of drivers, variances, and outcomes across P&L;, cash flow, and key KPIs.n
- Provide consistent performance narratives and management reportingn
- Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.n
- Embed automation and AI across these processes, where possiblen
- Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.n

nResponsibilities - Internal Controls and Risk Management

- Establish a risk and control governance framework aligned with Bell Canada's policies and standards.n
- Drive a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous controls improvement across the organization.n
- Design, implement, and monitor robust internal control frameworks and governance processes.n
- Lead enterprise and operational risk assessments, identifying key risks and mitigation strategies.n
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.n
- Oversee internal and external audits, including remediation of control deficiencies.n
- Strengthen controls over financial reporting, procurement, payroll, and operational processes.n

nQualifications

- Chartered Accountant (ICAI), CFA, MBA Finance or equivalent skilled designation required.n
- CIA or risk management certifications are an assetn
- 12+ years of progressive experience in FP&A;, Controllership, Audit, Risk Management, or related finance fu
