NAbout the Role
nTweak India (a digital lifestyle platform founded by Twinkle Khanna) is looking for a YouTube Channel Manager to lead the growth and day-to-day management of our video content. You'll work closely with our video editor and content team to turn ideas into consistently high-performing videos.
NWhat you'll do

- Own end-to-end YouTube channel management: uploads, scheduling, metadata, thumbnails, and playlists N
- Work closely with our video editor to ensure content is cut, paced, and packaged for maximum watch time and retention N
- Drive audience growth and build and execute strategies for subscriber growth N




- Collaborate with the editorial and social team to align YouTube content with Tweak's broader content calendar and brand partnerships N
- Manage comments and community engagement to build a loyal viewer base N

nWhat we're lookingfor

- n
- 3 years of experience managing a YouTube channel or video-first content for a publisher or creator N
- Proven experience working with video editors N
- Strong understanding ofYouTube analytics, SEO, and growth levers N
- A sharp eye for what makes a video watchable N
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, editorially-driven environment N
- Bonus: interest in lifestyle, entertainment, or entrepreneurship content N
