nWe are hiring for 5 positions with a leading real estate organization in Bangalore.
nRole: Assistant / Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Manage month-end book closure and financial accounting activitiesn
- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statementsn
- Pass and review Ind-AS journal entriesn
- Manage audit schedules, workpapers and supporting documentationn
- Coordinate with Statutory and Internal Auditors, including Big 4 and reputed audit firmsn
- Ensure accurate accounting across multiple entities / SPVsn
- Support financial reporting, reconciliations and compliance requirementsn

nWhat We're Looking For
n
- n
- 4–8 years of post-qualification experience in financial accountingn
- CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Comn




- Strong hands-on experience in month-end closure and financial reportingn
- Good understanding of Ind-ASn
- SAP and Advanced Excel are mandatoryn
- Experience in directly handling audit requirements and coordinating with auditorsn
- Robust accounting fundamentals and attention to detailn
- Stable career history with reasonable tenure in previous organizationsn

nPreferred Background
nCandidates from prominent Pan-India real estate developers, construction, infrastructure or large multi-entity organizations will be preferred.
nTarget organizations may include DLF, Godrej Properties, Prestige Group, Lodha, Sobha, Brigade Group, Puravankara, Phoenix Mills, Oberoi Realty, Aditya Birla Real Estate, Mahindra Lifespaces, Embassy Group, K Raheja Corp, Shapoorji Pallonji, Tata Realty, L&T;, Tata Projects and other leading real estate and infrastructure organizations.
