- Lead discovery sessions with customers and key stakeholders to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives.n
- Ask the right questions to uncover the actual business requirement behind a stated request.n
- Identify gaps, dependencies, assumptions, edge cases, and areas requiring further investigation.n
- Work through ambiguous or incomplete requirements and bring structure and clarity to them.n
- Understand how different departments and processes interact with each other.n

nBusiness Process Analysis

- n
- Map and document existing As-Is processes and identify opportunities for improvement.n
- Define To-Be processes that are practical, scalable, and suitable for ERP implementation.n
- Understand workflows across areas such as Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Services, or other business functions.n
- Identify process inefficiencies and distinguish between a genuine business requirement and a preference for a particular way of working.n

nERP Solutioning

- Translate business requirements into ERP workflows, configurations, and functional solutions.n
- Understand ERP capabilities well enough to determine whether a requirement can be handled through:n

nØ Standard ERP functionality
nØ Configuration
nØ Process changes
nØ Customization/development
nØ Third-party integrations

- Work closely with Functional Consultants and Developers to communicate requirements clearly.n
- Ensure proposed solutions are practical, maintainable, and aligned with the client's business objectives.n

- Conduct client meetings, discovery workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs.n
- Communicate clearly with both business stakeholders and technical teams.n
- Manage situations where stakeholders have different expectations or priorities.n
- Set realistic expectations and avoid committing to solutions
