Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Technisanct’s social media accounts and ensure regular and consistent activity.
- Create, manage, and execute a social media content calendar , ensuring all planned posts and campaigns are published as scheduled.
- Develop engaging and relevant content aligned with the company’s brand, products, services, and marketing objectives.
- Create visually appealing social media creatives and other communication materials using basic to decent graphic-design skills .
- Coordinate the preparation and design of weekly and monthly reports , ensuring information is presented clearly and professionally.
- Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with the online community.




- Track social media trends, industry developments, and best practices to improve content and engagement strategies.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and conversions .
- Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns to support the company’s marketing and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and overall social media performance based on analytics and insights.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual social media performance reports and present key insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, updates, and content required for social media and reporting activities.
