Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Tally Operator for handling complete accounting work in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, along with back-office coordination.

? Apply only if you have practical experience in Tally, GST, and bank reconciliation

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Tally Work:

- Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt & Journal Entries in Tally
- Maintain Customer & Vendor Accounts
- GST billing, E-way Bill generation, and E-invoicing
- Invoice generation, voucher entry & account maintenance

Back Office & Admin Work:

- MIS reporting using MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Data entry, documentation & record maintenance




- Email drafting & coordination with clients/vendors
- Service follow-ups & internal coordination

Mandatory Requirements

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

✔ Experience in bank reconciliation & billing

✔ Good working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, reports)

✔ Ability to work independently
