Job OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students/leads through phone calls and WhatsApp, understanding their requirements, and converting qualified leads into course enrollments.

- Key ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer/student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert leads into successful sales/enrollments.
- Manage and regularly follow up with assigned leads.
- Maintain and update the lead database and customer records.
- Track the complete sales cycle from initial contact to conversion.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and lead-status reports to management.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Stay updated about the company's courses, features, pricing, and offers.
- RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer applications.
- Robust follow-up and convincing skills.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, BDE, counselling, or EdTech sales is an advantage.
