Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Field Collection Executive to handle customer visits and collect outstanding payments. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, explaining payment requirements, collecting dues, and maintaining accurate collection records.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers at their registered locations for payment collection.

Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.

Collect payments and provide necessary confirmation or receipts.

Maintain accurate records of daily visits and collections.

Communicate politely and professionally with customers.

Achieve assigned daily and monthly collection targets.

Coordinate with the team regarding payment status and customer issues.





Follow company policies and collection guidelines.

Requirements:

Gender: Male

Education: 12th Pass

English: Basic English

Experience: Freshers can apply

Two-wheeler vehicle is required.

Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License is required.

DRA Certificate preferred/required.

Candidates from Banking, Financial Services & Insurance industry preferred.

Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel locally for field visits.

Shift: Day (Full Time)

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹60,000 per month

Fixed: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000

Incentives: Up to ₹30,000
