Position: Sales Executive

Location: Mira Road, Thane, Maharashtra

Experience: 1–4 Years (Industrial/B2B Sales Preferred)

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to expand our customer base in the forging industry. The role involves generating RFQs, developing OEM and industrial clients, coordinating with production, and ensuring timely customer communication from enquiry to order execution.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and customer visits.
- Identify potential OEMs, EPC companies, valve manufacturers, boiler manufacturers, and industrial buyers.
- Collect and qualify RFQs for forged components and fittings.
- Coordinate with the technical and production teams for quotations.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Update leads, enquiries, quotations, and order status in CRM or Excel.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and visit reports.




- Represent the company during customer meetings and exhibitions when required.
- Required SkillsGood communication in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of B2B sales and customer follow-ups.
- Comfortable reading technical RFQs and engineering drawings (training can be provided).
- MS Excel, Email, and LinkedIn proficiency.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
