Roles & Responsibilities:

· Increase sales

· Managing & motivating staff to increase sales & ensure efficiency

· Maintaining customer satisfaction

· Ensuring that high standard is maintained for service excellence, health & safety of employee & customers

· Responding to customer compliant & comments and get it resolved

· Regular staff meeting and discuss customer issues, recent initiatives to improve sales.

· Managing Operational cost efficiencies

· Analyzing sales figures & forecasting future sales

Candidate Requirement & Qualification:

- Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Store management and sales experience
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations and sales principles
- Any qualification but experience in FMCG retail sales only

Please note that the Store timings are from 10.00 A.M to 9.30 P.M
