Job SummarySunpure Extracts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Trainees / Interns across multiple departments. This is a 2-month training opportunity designed to provide candidates with practical corporate exposure and hands-on experience in their respective departments.
During the training period, selected trainees will work under the guidance of the Department Head / Manager and will be responsible for completing assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Available Positions1. Pharma Sales & Marketing Trainee – 2 Positions
- Assist the sales and marketing team with day-to-day activities.
- Support lead generation and customer follow-ups.
- Assist with market research and sales-related activities.
- Maintain basic customer and sales records.
- Support the team in achieving assigned tasks and targets.
2. Digital / Technical Support Trainee – 1 Position
- Assist with day-to-day digital and technical support activities.
- Support basic computer, software, and technical requirements.
- Assist the team with data management and documentation.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues under supervision.
- Support other IT/digital tasks assigned by the manager.
3. HR Trainee – 1 Position
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR activities.
- Support recruitment, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
- Assist with employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, onboarding, and other HR processes.
- Perform administrative tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
- Training PeriodDuration:
2 Months
- Selected trainees will be required to perform duties and responsibilities assigned by their Department Head / Manager.
- The trainee's performance and progress will be reviewed during/after the training period.
- StipendA nominal stipend will be provided during the training period primarily to cover travelling expenses.
- The stipend/terms may be reviewed upon successful completion of the training period.
- Trainees will not be eligible for any other monetary benefits during the training period.
- Candidate ProfileFreshers, graduates, and candidates looking for practical corporate exposure can apply.
- Candidates should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and basic computer skills will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and comfortable working under the guidance of senior team members.
- Willingness to take up current assignments and learn different aspects of the respective department is required.
