- Play Zone Manager – Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day play zone operations.
- Ensure the safety and security of children at all times.
- Supervise and manage play zone staff and caretakers.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper entry, exit, bookings, and membership management.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Regularly inspect play equipment for safety and damage.
- Coordinate birthday parties, events, and special activities.
- Support sales, membership, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Maintain daily sales and operational records.
- Coordinate with the Café, Reception, Housekeeping, and Management teams.
- Ensure company SOPs, policies, and operational standards are followed.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with management.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and follow safety procedures.
