Position: Back Office Accountant

Location: Kolkata

Salary: ₹14000 – ₹20,000 per month + Bonus.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Back Office Accountant for our Kolkata office. The candidate should have good practical knowledge of Tally, GST, basic taxation and day-to-day accounting activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDaily accounting entries in Tally Prime / Tally ERP
- Purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries
- Maintaining company ledgers
- Bank entries and bank reconciliation
- Vendor invoice checking and payment entries
- Customer outstanding and payment follow-up records
- Preparation and processing of invoices
- Basic knowledge of GST.




- Maintaining petty cash and daily expenses
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Maintaining proper accounting records and supporting documents
- Coordinating with CA/accounting team whenever required
- General accounts-related back-office work

Candidate RequirementsCandidate must have hands-on working experience in Tally and day-to-day accounting. Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, Excel and bank reconciliation is preferred. Candidate should be comfortable handling routine accounts work independently.
