Reporting To: Production Manager / Plant Head

Experience: 2–5 Years

- Key ResponsibilitiesExecute daily/shift-wise production plan and achieve production targets.
- Manage manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilization.
- Monitor OEE, productivity, cycle time and machine downtime.
- Ensure production as per SOP, Work Instructions and Control Plan.
- Control rejection, rework and process deviations.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and PPC for smooth production.
- Ensure availability of material, machines and manpower.
- Maintain production, OEE, rejection and downtime reports.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, 5S and housekeeping standards.




- Conduct proper shift handover and escalate production issues.
- Drive continuous improvement and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Key KPIsProduction Achievement: ≥98%
- OEE: ≥80%
- Rejection: ≤0.5%
- Safety: Zero LTI
- 5S Compliance: ≥90%
- Downtime: Continuous reduction
- Qualification & SkillsDiploma / ITI / BE – Mechanical / Production / Automobile.
- 3–7 years' experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Positive manpower handling and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of OEE, 5S, 7 QC Tools, SOP, Control Plan and IATF 16949.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / SAP / ERP preferred.
