* Follow up with customers for payments

* Track due, overdue & PTP commitments

* Handle difficult / delayed-payment cases

* Coordinate with Sales & Accounts for issue resolution

* Maintain proper follow-up records and recovery status

* Achieve monthly collection targets

*Who Should Apply:*

* Positive communication & follow-up skills

* Strong ownership and negotiation ability

* Comfortable with calling and customer coordination

* Collection / Accounts Receivable experience preferred

* Advance Excel / computer knowledge required
