? Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers.
- Provide professional and effective customer support.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve complaints and service-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Follow company policies, SOPs and quality guidelines.
- Achieve assigned KPIs, KRAs, quality and productivity targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where applicable.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the call.

- Neutral/easily understandable accent.

- Customer handling and objection-handling skills.




- Valuable problem-solving ability.

- Basic knowledge of CRM/ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Candidates comfortable working in international/night shifts preferred.

? Eligibility

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with BPO, Customer Service, Sales or International Voice Process experience will be preferred.
- Good English communication is mandatory.
