Recruitment Manager-

Purpose: Own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of Health Workers (Health Sakhis) across existing territories, ensuring each territory is staffed to approved manpower levels. Recruitment only — no sales, retention, or territory expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manpower planning: Maintain a territory-wise vacancy tracker; work with Territory Leads/Ops Managers to prioritise hiring by urgency.
- Sourcing: Build pipelines via local references, referrals, job portals, WhatsApp/social media, community networks, agencies, and local hiring drives. Maintain a candidate database.
- Screening & selection: Assess communication, local area knowledge, field willingness, basic healthcare awareness, smartphone/app ability, and stability. Shortlist and coordinate final selection with the concerned manager.
- End-to-end recruitment: Run the process from requirement to joining — interviews, documentation, verification, candidate follow-up — closing positions within defined TAT.
- Joining & onboarding: Ensure on-time joining, document collection, app access, initial training,



and tracking through the onboarding period.
- MIS & reporting: Maintain a daily/weekly tracker covering open positions, sourced, screened, shortlisted, interviewed, selected, joined, rejected, dropped, and time-to-close. Share territory-wise status with management.
- Performance: Meet monthly hiring targets and continuously develop new local sourcing channels.

KPIs: Health Workers hired per month · Hiring TAT · Candidate dropout ratio · Quality of hires · Territory-wise manpower fulfilment · Active pipeline

Experience: 2–5 years in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably field hiring in healthcare, HealthTech, FMCG, financial services, insurance, or retail. Experience hiring Health Workers, Field Officers, Sales Executives, or Community Workers is an advantage.
