Job Title: Data Analyst – E-commerce

2–5 years (flexible based on skill)

About the Role -

We are looking for a Data Analyst to drive data-backed decisions across our e-commerce business. The role involves working closely with Sales, marketing, supply chain, and category to analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.

Technical Skills Required -

- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Pivot Tables in Excel
- Power query in Excel
- Extremely advanced Excel

Key Responsibilities-

Business & Performance Analysis

- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, and profitability across marketplaces and D2C platforms
- Track KPIs such as GMV, ROAS, CAC, AOV, conversion rate, inventory turns, and fill rate
- Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities using data

Marketing & Growth Analytics

- Analyze performance of paid ads (Amazon Ads, Meta, Google, etc.)
- Attribute sales across channels and campaigns
- Create dashboards for campaign ROI, keyword performance, and funnel metrics

Marketplace & Operations Analytics

- Monitor catalog health, buy box %, stock availability, returns, cancellations




- Analyze vendor, ASIN, and SKU-level performance
- Support demand forecasting and inventory planning

Reporting & Dashboards

- Build and maintain automated dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Prepare MIS reports for leadership
- Translate data into actionable insights, not just numbers

Data Management

- Work with large datasets from marketplaces, internal systems, and scraped data
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

Domain Knowledge

- Hands-on experience in e-commerce or marketplace analytics
- Understanding of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Myntra, or D2C analytics is a big plus
- Familiarity with marketing metrics and attribution models

Soft Skills

- Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical teams
- Ownership mindset and attention to detail
