BAMBY’S is a contemporary café focused on quality food, creative flavours, and a memorable dining experience. We are seeking a professional, experienced Head Chef with proven expertise in Continental and fusion cuisine to lead our kitchen and develop an exciting café menu.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the kitchen team, including training, scheduling, and daily operations.
- Develop and execute a menu featuring Continental dishes and creative fusion creations.
- Create signature dishes and seasonal specials aligned with the café’s concept.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, portion sizes, and food quality.
- Establish standard recipes, plating guidelines, and kitchen SOPs.
- Manage food costing, inventory, purchasing, and wastage control.
- Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver smooth and efficient service.




- Train and mentor junior chefs and maintain a professional kitchen environment.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Continental and fusion cuisine is essential.
- Prior experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or in a senior kitchen leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop menus and create innovative, commercially viable dishes.
- Sound knowledge of recipe standardisation, food costing, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Passion for modern café dining, creativity, and attention to detail.
