Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Telecaller / Closing Executive who can speak with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our solutions, handle objections, follow up consistently, and convert qualified leads into paying customers.

This is a target-driven sales role where performance and earnings depend directly on conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential customers and qualified leads

• Explain Marketing AI's products and services clearly

• Understand the customer's business and identify problems

• Explain how AI & automation solutions can help

• Handle questions and sales objections

• Follow up through calls and WhatsApp

• Conduct sales/demo calls when required

• Negotiate and close deals

• Maintain lead/customer information in CRM

• Coordinate with the onboarding and internal team after closing

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

• Build strong relationships with prospects and customers

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi + English

• Confident and persuasive speaking ability

• Robust sales and convincing skills

• Ability to handle objections and rejection positively

• Good follow-up discipline





• Basic understanding of sales and customer psychology

• Comfortable making a high volume of calls

• Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp and basic software tools

• Quick learner with a positive, competitive attitude

• Interest in AI, automation and technology
