About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our placement team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and successfully closing positions.

Key Responsibilities

* Understand and analyze client job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.

* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

* Contact candidates and explain job opportunities, roles, salary, location, and other relevant details.

* Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with clients.

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

* Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

* Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment/ATS system.

* Negotiate and coordinate salary discussions, offer processes, and joining formalities.

* Ensure candidates join successfully and maintain regular follow-up until joining.

* Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.





* Work on multiple positions and client requirements simultaneously.

* Meet individual and team recruitment targets.

* Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good knowledge of recruitment processes.

* Ability to understand technical and non-technical job requirements.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and recruitment/job portals.

* Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple requirements.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in placement consultancy, recruitment agency, staffing, RPO, or corporate talent acquisition will be preferred.
