Job PurposeLead and manage Machine Shop operations to achieve production, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets while ensuring aerospace standards compliance.

Key Responsibilities• Manage VMC, CNC Turning & Milling production operations.

• Achieve production targets, on-time delivery, and optimum machine utilization.

• Lead and manage 50+ operators, supervisors, and shift leaders.

• Improve productivity, reduce rejection, and optimize production costs.

• Ensure compliance with AS9100, quality, safety,



and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Stores.

• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support current product introduction and production readiness.

Preferred Profile• Aerospace Precision Machining experience is mandatory.

• Solid knowledge of VMC, CNC Turning & Milling.

• Proven experience in managing production teams and achieving targets.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
