Salary:

- Base Pay: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000/month
- Incentives: Up to ₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month (performance-based)

Job Description:

PhonePe is hiring Field Sales/Business Development Executives to onboard merchants, promote PhonePe's digital payment solutions, and drive local business growth in the assigned territory. This is a field-based role involving daily travel to meet shopkeepers and small businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit local merchants and businesses to onboard them onto the PhonePe platform
- Explain PhonePe products, services,



and benefits to prospective merchants
- Achieve daily/monthly onboarding and activation targets
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants for long-term engagement
- Report daily field activity through the company app

Requirements:

- Education: 12th Pass (minimum)
- Must own a two-wheeler (Scooty/Bike) with valid documents
- Must own an Android smartphone
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis
