Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Senior Marketing Executive to drive the company's marketing initiatives and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B marketing, event management, product marketing, digital marketing, and sales support. This role requires close coordination with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and promote our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, organize, and coordinate the company's participation in exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, and Tech Day events.

· Create and maintain company presentations, marketing collaterals, brochures, and product portfolios.

· Develop and manage product specifications, product descriptions, and promotional content.

· Coordinate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support customer presentations, proposals, and marketing campaigns.

· Drive lead generation initiatives through online and offline marketing activities.

· Promote recent products and solutions through various marketing channels.

· Assist in managing and updating the company website, ensuring content remains current and engaging.

· Create professional PowerPoint presentations for customers,



partners, and internal meetings.

· Work with internal teams to execute branding, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

· Track marketing activities and prepare reports on campaign performance and lead generation.

Required Skills

· 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in B2B or IT/Industrial Automation companies.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.

· Experience in organizing exhibitions, events, and corporate marketing activities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

· Basic understanding of website content management and digital marketing.

· Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

· Experience in the Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, IT Solutions, MES, RFID, Barcode, or Enterprise Software domain will be an added advantage.
