About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented Credit Card Sales Executive to join our Banking & Financial Services sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, approaching potential customers, explaining credit card features and benefits, converting leads into successful applications and achieving assigned sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calling, references, field activities and other sales channels.
- Approach potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility, fees, offers and other terms clearly.
- Convert prospective customers into successful credit card applications.
- Assist customers in completing application forms and required documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding application status and approval.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve conversion rates.




- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, applications and conversions.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth application processing.
- Follow company policies, banking guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Ensure professional customer interaction and avoid any kind of mis-selling.

- Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience in Credit Card, Banking, NBFC, Personal Loan, Insurance or other sales profiles will be an advantage.
- Good Hindi communication is required; basic English communication is preferred
