Job Summary:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective HR management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Manage the recruitment and selection process.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.





Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

Assess training needs and monitor training programs.

Work with stakeholders to understand and document business needs and objectives.

Analyze business processes and workflows for improvement opportunities.

Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.

Translate business requirements into transparent technical specifications.

Assist in the development of business cases and feasibility studies.

Collaborate with developers, testers, and project teams to ensure solutions meet business goals.

Monitor solution implementation and evaluate outcomes.

Conduct data analysis and create reports to support decision-making.
