Industry: E-Commerce – Automobile Spare Parts

Job RoleWe are looking for an E-Commerce Dispatch Manager to manage and coordinate our daily order dispatch operations.

Our process is:

Online Order → Inventory Assembly → Packing → Label Generation → Dispatch

You will act as the bridge between the Inventory, Packing and Logistics teams and ensure orders move smoothly through every stage and are dispatched as quickly as possible.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the packing team.
- Coordinate with Inventory and Logistics teams.
- Ensure orders are processed according to FIFO (First In, First Out).
- Monitor pending orders and ensure there are no unnecessary delays.
- Coordinate inventory assembly, packing and label generation.
- Ensure packed orders are handed over to logistics on time.
- Identify bottlenecks and solve problems quickly.




- Track daily dispatch performance and pending orders.
- Ensure packing accuracy and adherence to company SOPs.
- Maintain team productivity and discipline.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience in E-commerce / Warehouse / Dispatch / Operations preferred.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Robust follow-up and coordination ability.
- Ownership mindset – should be capable of getting work done rather than just giving instructions.

Key Performance MeasureOrders should move from inventory → packing → logistics → dispatch as quickly and accurately as possible, with minimum pending orders and strict FIFO compliance.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
