Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical driving training sessions for learners.
- Teach learners proper vehicle control, driving techniques, traffic rules, and road safety practices.
- Train learners in city driving, highway driving, parking, reversing, turning, lane discipline, and other essential driving skills.
- Assess the learner's driving ability and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance after each training session.
- Ensure learners follow safe and responsible driving practices at all times.
- Maintain professionalism and patience while dealing with learners.
- Monitor learner progress and provide regular updates/reports.
- Ensure the training vehicle is handled safely and report any vehicle-related issues.
- Follow the company's training procedures, schedules, and safety standards.
- Maintain punctuality and proper attendance for scheduled training sessions.
- Handle learners' questions and concerns professionally.




- Support the team in maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
- Represent the iTurn brand professionally while interacting with customers.

Required Skills & QualificationsValid driving licence appropriate for the training vehicle.

- Strong practical driving skills and good knowledge of road safety.
- Prior experience as a driving instructor, driving trainer, driver, automobile trainer, or similar role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, calm, and comfortable working with learners.
- Ability to identify and correct driving mistakes.
- Responsible attitude towards safety.
- Valuable punctuality and discipline.
- Ability to work according to assigned schedules.
