Hiring: Billing Executive

Location: Greater Noida West, Near NX ONE

Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

We are looking for a Billing Executive to manage day-to-day billing and back-office operations at our tyre showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate sales invoices and quotations using BUSY Accounting Software
- Handle purchase entries, stock/data reconciliation and related accounting entries
- Register and process tyre warranties and warranty claims
- Coordinate tyre replacement processing and maintain proper records
- Reconcile billing, purchase and inventory data regularly
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely system updates

Requirements:

- Experience with BUSY Accounting Software preferred
- Basic understanding of billing, inventory and accounting
- Valuable computer skills and attention to detail
- Responsible, organised and comfortable handling day-to-day showroom transactions
