Experience Required: 1 – 3 years in IT Recruitment / Client Management

? Pior Experience:

We are looking for dynamic IT Recruiters / Account Managers with strong software hiring skills and proven experience in client interaction, handling existing client accounts, managing recruitment pipelines, and directly submitting shortlisted profiles to clients. Having good IT Clients contacts to start working from day one with current Clients.

? Key Responsibilities

- End‑to‑end IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for software roles.
- Act as Account Manager for assigned clients – maintain relationships, understand requirements, and deliver quality profiles.




- Directly interact with clients and submit candidate profiles for review.
- Ensure timely closures and meet monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to management.
- Handling 2 Recruiters initially

✅ Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1 – 3 years in IT recruitment or client account management.
- Strong knowledge of software hiring and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements.
- Prior experience in the IT industry is mandatory.
