Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join the Estorra team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting registered sellers/customers, understanding their requirements, helping them get started on the Estorra platform, and encouraging them to complete their product listings.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCall registered Estorra users who have not yet added products.
- Explain Estorra and its advantages in a simple and friendly manner.
- Understand customer/seller requirements and answer their basic queries.
- Guide sellers through the product-listing process.
- Follow up with interested sellers and help them complete registration/product uploads.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and responses.
- Build positive relationships with sellers and customers.
- Coordinate with the team when technical or account-related assistance is required.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage.
- Ability to convince and engage customers professionally.
- Good listening
